What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations, reduction in party size, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice of the booking will activate a $25 per person cancellation fee charged to the credit card registered at the time of booking.

You can make any modifications, changes, or cancellations on RESY up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a cancellation charge.

Can dietary requirements be accomodated?

Please note any allergies on your reservation.

 

Please notify us of any & and all dietary restrictions or allergies.

While we may be able to accommodate some, we will not be able to do so without 72 hours prior notice.

Please let us know as soon as possible!

How far in advance can I book?

Our reservations are released on a rolling 30-day schedule each morning at 11am.

What is your maximum party size?

Due to our cozy space at Lutèce, we are able to host groups of up to 6 guests

who are welcome to select from our à la carte menu or

choose to do the Chef's Choice Tasting.

Why is a service charge added to my bill?

You will see a 22% service charge as a line item on your bill for our team both in the kitchen & the dining room. This goes to help pay & supplement base wages, health insurance & employee benefits. We believe this model creates better equity & stability for all employees across the kitchen & dining room.

 

Any additional gratuity paid on the evening of your meal is at the discretion of each guest & is not required.

Why is there a time limit?

Bookings are scheduled as a 2-hour experience in order to be able to honor the next guests' reservations.

I pre-paid for the Chef's Table. What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations, reduction in party size, or no-shows within 24 hours of the booking will forfeit the pre-payment.

You can make any modifications, changes, or cancellations on RESY up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting the pre-payment.

 

Is there a dress code required for Lutéce?

Come as you are!

We are a neighborhood neo-bistro that can be the backdrop for a casual night out,

a gathering of friends exploring our menu & wine offerings, or a luxurious meal before a show at the Kennedy Center while dressed in your finest.

Do you have a corkage fee?

We do indeed. We welcome you to bring wines from your cellar that we do not feature on our wine list; up to 2 bottles ($35 each) or 1 magnum ($70).

I have a patio reservation - what if it rains?

Outdoor patio dining is contingent on the weather.

In case of unfavorable conditions, we will reach out to reschedule or cancel your reservation.

If there is availability in the dining room or the bar, we will offer to relocate your party indoors** We are also happy to assist you to reschedule for another day.


**We cannot guarantee seats in the dining room or at the bar due to other pre-existing reservations for those seats.

Are you dog friendly?

We welcome friendly & well-behaved pups on our patio with gusto!

I wasn’t able to secure a booking for my preferred date, how can I join your waitlist?

Absolutely!

To join our waitlist on RESY, simply click "NOTIFY" on your preferred date, and the website will guide you from there. If a spot becomes available, an instantaneous notification will come your way!

Are kids & babies welcome?

Of course!, but please include them in the total number of guests on your reservation so have the correctly sized table for your party.

 

We do not have space for strollers in the dining room, but can store them for you while you enjoy your meal. Please note if you will need a highchair as we only have a couple in our limited space & they cannot be added on to the ends of tables.

Do you offer valet parking?

We do not have valet parking.

 

We recommend that guests parallel park on one of the neighboring side streets.
