Chef André Soltner, former chef-owner of the New York City's iconic Lutèce in New York City (named best restaurant in the country 6 years in a row!) will be in attendance as the guest of honor for this memorable evening.
The soirée's special menu will be crafted by Lutèce DC's talented chefs Matt Conroy, Isabel Coss, and Corey Orsburn; inspired by Chef Soltner's signature creations dishes such as his Alsatian onion tart, his sea urchin soufflé, his whipped foie grass with dark chocolate sauce, and his orange marmalade.
Guests can expect an extraordinary dining experience with optional drink pairings: the well-crafted Wine Pairing by in-house Advanced Sommelier Chris Ray or the Sans Alcohol Pairing curated by GM Elizabeth Parker.
