Menus
Contemporary French fare rooted in seasonality, technique, and a touch of indulgence.
Modern French neo-bistro cooking paired with an almost entirely French, naturally minded wine program and seasonal, ingredient-led cocktails
From The Popal Group, the team behind Maison Bar à Vins, Pascual, Lapis, and Lapop, Lutèce is anchored by a France-focused wine program centered on organic, biodynamic, and sustainably farmed producers, with room for lesser-known regions and the occasional offbeat varietal. Curated by Advanced Sommelier Chris Ray, the roughly 650-bottle cellar balances an approachable by-the-glass selection with a tightly edited list of rare, expressive wines meant to be lingered over with dinner.
The cocktail program, led by TPG Beverage Director Suzy Critchlow, follows the same ingredient-driven philosophy: French spirits, aperitifs, and classic techniques layered with seasonal syrups, house infusions, and unexpected accents.
Led by Chef Matt Conroy alongside Chef de Cuisine Bruno Enciso and Pastry Chef Ana Sofía Pino, the menu is rooted in modern French cooking: seasonal, technique-driven, and quietly inventive. Designed with the glass in mind, whether stopping in for a late-night snack at the bar or settling into the full tasting menu experience.
